Nia Taylor

Clinical Supervisor / Director

Nia Taylor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and Department of Transportation–qualified Substance Abuse Professional (DOT SAP) with over 15 years of experience in behavioral health and criminal justice settings. She currently serves as Clinical Supervisor/Director, providing oversight of mental health and substance use disorder services and supervising clinical teams to ensure high-quality, ethical care.

Nia specializes in trauma-informed treatment and the integration of substance use and mental health care. She is EMDR-trained and has extensive experience working with individuals impacted by complex trauma, intimate partner violence, crisis presentations, and co-occurring disorders. Her clinical approach emphasizes safety, empowerment, and restoring agency for clients navigating recovery.

With a background in crisis units and specialized probation settings, Nia brings both clinical depth and systems-level understanding to her leadership. She is committed to strengthening clinical practice, supporting staff development, and creating treatment environments grounded in accountability, compassion, and excellence.
